CVNL’s staff consultants are dedicated nonprofit professionals with an average of 23 years of hands-on nonprofit experience. We are skilled facilitators, trainers, coaches, planners and managers who are invested in advancing success within the nonprofit sector. We also partner with a highly-qualified group of affiliate consultants whose expertise compliments our own. These consultants specialize in human resources, legal, fundraising, fiscal and other specialty areas bringing added expertise to meet the needs of our nonprofit clients.
Gina specializes in strategic and operational leadership, impact assessment, nonprofit governance and advocacy. She is skilled at managing productive group processes through facilitation and coaching to leverage the knowledge, experience, passion and skills present in each person as well as the collective.
Based on her more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector serving in a wide variety of roles, Gina understands that each nonprofit client is unique and is committed to identifying strategies that add value to the unique realities and expertise that each nonprofit client brings to the consulting partnership. Balancing the aspirational with the practical and actionable, Gina seeks to support clients to extend their capacity and increase their impact.
Gina is an experienced manager, trainer, facilitator and presenter. She is trained in Technology of Participation facilitation methods and has completed a certificate in nonprofit board education with BoardSource. View staff bio.
Linda brings over 30 years’ experience in nonprofit management serving in program, development, and executive roles working with both local and national organizations. She is a frequent presenter to nonprofit boards, business leaders and service clubs on issues and trends shaping the nonprofit sector. She also serves as a coach to nonprofit CEO’s and Board Presidents’ and consults with nonprofits leaders on board governance, volunteerism, executive transition, and leadership development. Janette brings to CVNL more than twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership and consulting for organizations in areas as varied as public broadcasting, the environment, health and the visual and performing arts. With a passion for supporting nonprofit organizations in achieving their mission and serving their communities, Janette is dedicated to identifying, recruiting and training the best leaders while facilitating successful organizational transitions. She draws upon her extensive knowledge and direct experience as a board member, executive director, interim executive, and senior program director for nonprofits of various budget sizes and in diverse communities locally, nationally and internationally to provide professional recruiting services and interim executive placement. Anton specializes in volunteer management, human resources, organizational development and community outreach and has more than 10 years of nonprofit experience. He has led several local initiatives to improve nonprofit operations through strategically reengaging volunteers to optimize services for youth, people with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, and independent performing arts groups.
