20th Annual Heart of Marin Awards - January 10, 2013
Produced by the Center and presenting sponsor Union Bank, the Heart of Marin Awards recognizes outstanding Marin nonprofits and the committed individuals who serve them.
A big "thank you" to all who attended and supported this years' event! The luncheon was attended by 775 community leaders, volunteers, local dignitaries and business members who filled the Marin Center Exhibit Hall on January 10, 2013.

Singer, actor and inspiration speaker Noah Griffin emceed the event with warmth and humor as he sang three song parodies from the newspaper headlines.

All recipients were presented with beautiful glass sculptures handmade by Latchezar Boyadjiev of LB Glass in Novato. Additionally, winners (except in the Corporate Community Service category) received an award of $5,000 for their nonprofits. Youth Volunteer of the Year awards carry an award of $1,000 each and were presented to five exceptional youth.
