TRANSITION SERVICES PROGRAM
About Transition Services
The Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership (The Center) has launched
the Transition Services Program to support Marin County agencies in their
efforts to identify, recruit and retain top executive talent. To that
end, we offer comprehensive search and transition services.
Our Approach
The Center includes a full service Management Support Organization
dedicated to strengthening nonprofit organizations and building leadership
within the sector. We treat each organization individually and create
tailored services that are in line with their circumstances and organizational
needs. Furthermore, we believe in building the internal capacity of our
clients; sharing our knowledge and resources openly to support that end.
Finally, we believe that an investment in organizational excellence is
ideally a permanent commitment. The Center is here to support our clients
long after the search has ended—with ongoing learning and networking
opportunities as well as specialized consulting and coaching services.
