Molly Schmidt

worked and consulted with International NGOs and community-based nonprofit organizations for 10 years on program operations, volunteer strategies, fundraising, grant management, marketing and events, and development. She has a technical background in community public health, and is an alumnus of Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Molly lived abroad in South East Asia for 8 years and worked for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as a Community Based First Aid and Public Health officer, based in Bangkok, Thailand. She’s a member of the NetImpact San Francisco Professionals, Girl Scouts NorCal service unit team member, American Red Cross volunteer in Marin County, and international volunteer with SpringBoard Foundation and Project Pearls in the Philippines. Molly served on the board of the American Women’s Club, Philippines as the Blood Donor Chair. Molly also overseas an International Livelihood Poverty Alleviation social-impact company that brings equality and training to women across Asia Pacific.

Molly is passionate about creating a positive impact, one person at a time. She believes in creating relationships that sustain us whether working or playing. She lives in Marin County with her husband and two children, and loves hiking, traveling, and getting crafty. Did I mention she loves board games?
