Does your nonprofit have between 50-100 staff members?

If so, you might be in for an unwelcome surprise this year. The Affordable Care Act (or ACA) is making yet another change in 2016 that means nonprofits with 50-100 employees have a very high likelihood of seeing a large rate increase and receiving less favorable plans (talk about a lose-lose!).

Fortunately, there are ways to avoid these unpleasantries – and we want our nonprofits to know about them! CVNL is now offering free ACA guidance to all of our Members via our insurance partners, ProInsurance. Whitney Larson is an attorney and employee benefits consultant at ProInsurance who specializes in ACA compliance for nonprofits. Avoiding the new ACA rules is time-sensitive. If your nonprofit has 50-100 employees, consider contacting Whitney to ensure enough time to avoid the ACA rate increases and plan downgrades: CVNL@proinsurance.com.

You can also sign up to attend our free information session on Wednesday, August 17, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., to receive guidance on the ACA and potential solutions to managing costs! Want more now? Click below to watch our short, informational video.
