Longstanding Bay Area nonprofit seeks visionary leader to guide next chapter of impact and youth empowerment.
Bay Area, CA, 10/6/2025: Huckleberry Youth Programs (HYP), a leading Bay Area nonprofit serving youth and families for more than 55 years, has partnered with the Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) to conduct an executive search for its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Since 1967, Huckleberry Youth Programs has provided critical services to young people and their families, including health care, shelter, counseling, education, and youth development programs. With deep roots in San Francisco and Marin, HYP is recognized as a trusted resource that empowers youth to thrive, promotes equity, and helps build stronger communities.
The new CEO will lead a well-established organization with a dedicated staff, strong board, and wide-reaching community partnerships. This role offers an opportunity for a visionary and mission-driven leader to guide HYP into its next chapter, advancing innovative programs and strengthening the organization’s long-standing commitment to youth empowerment.
