About Elaine: Elaine Tokolahi is the Director of Volunteer Services at CVNL, and has over a decade of experience empowering volunteers and nonprofits. Among her many accomplishments and notable roles include helping and securing core funding for a number of women’s rights organizations in Asia and the Pacific through her time at the Global Fund for Women, and, among other efforts, supervising nearly a dozen AmeriCorps members for five years at the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter. Prior to joining CVNL, Elaine provided award-winning consulting services to nonprofits and faith-based organizations in emergency planning and continuity planning as the Director of Programs at San Francisco Community Agencies Responding to Disaster.
