Fundraising Essential Strategies: Retain Donors & Increase their Gift

March 18, 2019 @ 1:00 pm 3:00 pm

Part 4 of 4 in our Fundraising Essential Strategies Workshops:

Your donors are not just sources of financial support – they are volunteers and advocates of your cause. Maintaining and building your relationships with your donors is a key priority that will not only support you financially, but also directly contribute to your organization growing and fulfilling its fullest potential.  By actively developing and retaining these relationships, you can increase the amount of gifts you receive per year and, more importantly, cultivate a strong and supportive community rallied around your mission.

Join fundraising expert Jack Alotto in the final workshop in our Fundraising Essential Strategies series to learn how to keep your donors committed and passionate about your mission, as well as how to increase the gifts from those who believe in you most. By learning how to stay connected with the key advocates for your cause, you will be able to create deeper and more meaningful connections with your existing donors which will provide a much greater support system for your organization than acquiring new donors ever could.

This workshop will include:

  • Understanding the importance of donor retention and the multiple benefits that could be brought to your organization
  • Learning how to identify and stay connected with your most meaningful donors
  • Learning how to promote your cause to find and build more relationships that matter
  • Tools and strategies to receive bigger donations by reaching out to your supporters effectively
  • Improve your promotional efforts and develop methods to gain valuable feedback from your supporters
