Leaders’ Lunch & Learn: Leadership Presence: Develop Your Personal Brand
July 9 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Developing your own personal brand is essential for successful nonprofit leaders. In order to identify our brand, we must ask ourselves these key questions: what is our leadership presence? How do others perceive our value to the success of our organization and its mission? How do we want others to experience us? We can then take this information to build an authentic leadership brand that aligns with our values and demonstrates to others that we are fully committed and accountable to their needs.
Charlotte Kells returns for this special 90 minute Lunch & Learn to walk us through the steps of developing our personal leadership brand. You will leave with a better understating of how to:
- Assess our own personal leadership brand to determine how others experience us as non-profit leaders.
- Discover tools to help us create new mindsets, communication strategies, and energy for enhancing our leadership presence going forward.
The presentation will be followed by a peer conversation facilitated by our Director of Learning & Leadership Cinzia Perlingieri.
