Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership 3rd Annual Heart of Sonoma County Awards (TM) Call for Nominations

Recognizing Sonoma County’s Outstanding Nonprofit Volunteers, Leaders & Organizations. Nominations are due online Friday April 7, 2023, 5:00 p.m.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA, March 14, 2023 – Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) launches their 3rd Annual Heart of Sonoma County Awards Call for Nomiations. Heart of Sonoma County is a visible and celebratory platform to honor individuals and groups in Sonoma County who step up to serve our community in heroic ways.

Everyone is encouraged to honor the contributions and achievements of nonprofits, leaders, and volunteers by submitting nominations online by Friday, April 7, 2023, by 5:00 PM at cvnl.org/3rd-heart-of-sonoma-county.

“CVNL has been producing Heart Events for 30 years,” said Linda Jacobs, CEO at CVNL. “These events recognize the time, talent, and treasure, that our local individuals and organizations contribute to our communities. Heart of Sonoma County gives $35,000 to outstanding nonprofits and the committed individuals who serve them. Nominations are accepted in the following award categories: Volunteer of the Year, Excellence in Board Leadership, Corporate Community Service  Excellence in Innovation, Youth Volunteer of the Year, Excellence in Leadership, Achievement in Nonprofit Excellence, and Lifetime Achievement.
