As fundraisers, we probably all agree that we have to keep asking for support even in these challenging times – we must continue providing our valuable services and we simply can't do it without our community of support. This session will focus on the tough conversations we have to have as fundraisers – whether it’s asking for support for a controversial or uncomfortable issue, or simply how to ask for money when we’re all overwhelmed and stressed, and some of our donors and sponsors are also struggling. We’ve also had a couple requests for assistance with the technical side of virtual events, so if you have resources you can share, or recommendations on easy platforms, please share them with the group when we meet.
