April Fundraising Peer Learning Network-Sponsor Engagement & Retention

April Fundraising Peer Learning Network:
Sponsorship Engagement & Retention

Asking and giving are two sides to the same coin and it's important to understand both points of view to fully realize your fundraising goals.

Our next Fundraising Peer Learning Network event will include presentations from both sides of the fundraising world.  We have invited part of the amazing team at Bank of Marin to provide the funders perspective.   Angela Columbo, AVP Community Engagement & Events Manager, will share a wealth of information about this topic including the bank's corporate philanthropy mission and how it relates to how and who they choose to support or partner with.

Presenting the Fundraising side of the discussion we are excited to bring the experience of the Humane Society of Sonoma County.  Director of Development & Communications, Priscilla Locke and Nina Caputo, Community Engagement Manager both have experience in developing strategies in identifying funders and developing the appropriate ask.

Join us for a lively discussion about engaging new sponsors and retaining existing ones for your on-going plans that sit somewhere between completely virtual and completely live.

Please forward ideas or questions to me via email so that I can be sure to call on you during the event.  See you soon!

Peer Learning Networks are a great way to build your professional network, share best practices, get support, laugh, and be in community. These peer opportunities are even more important now, helping us stay connected while physically distant.
