In this session we'll cover the importance of knowing your audience to increase brand awareness and expand your donor base through social media. Specifically, we'll look at mechanisms for achieving these two goals, including paid advertising, influencer-engagement, and leveraging your existing networks. Whether you're looking to grow an existing group of supporters, or attract or cultivate a new one, you'll walk away with new ideas and tools for maximizing your social media efforts. Come prepared with your social media success stories and challenges to discuss with the group!

Katelyn Willoughby, CVNL Director, Marketing & Communications, will lead this workshop and provide a basic overview and informal discussion on this topic.
