Fostering leadership excellence for stronger, more sustainable nonprofits
We are delighted to offer the Fall 2021 Excellence in Leadership Program (ELP) online via Zoom. This high-impact leadership development program will transform the way you lead and give you the tools to build organizational capacity. We have creatively designed the online learning community to be interactive, honoring your strengths and experience as a nonprofit professional. The information shared in each workshop will enhance knowledge and skills, raise your awareness about what it means to be a leader who others are inspired by, and provide you with real tools and strategies that are immediately actionable.
ELP includes 10 three-hour workshops, delivered by expert faculty. They are nonprofit leaders, business consultants, and leadership coaches. Many of them teach at the University level. See their bios at www.cvnl.org/elp.A CVNL Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants who attend at least 8 of 10 sessions.
Program Dates (all workshops take place on Tuesdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm):

Day 5: October 12
Day 6: October 19
Day 7: October 26
Day 8: November 2
Day 9: November 9
Day 10: November 16 (session ends at 1:15pm)
