2022 Employment Law Update

February’s Peer Learning Network meeting will be our 2022 Employment Law Update with a presentation from Samantha Pungprakearti of Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross LLP.

Samantha Pungprakearti is a litigation attorney focusing on employment law and business disputes. She focuses her practice on ensuring employers are well equipped to comply with California’s ever-evolving legal landscape. Samantha takes great pride in advising clients on employment matters, to make California a better place to work and do business. This includes providing engaging sexual harassment prevention training, investigations, and up-to-date advice on COVID-19 obligations.

Peer Learning Networks are convened and facilitated virtually by CVNL staff members and provide a supportive network of like-minded peers for nonprofit professionals. The groups host guest speakers, facilitated conversations, networking, and other learning opportunities.
