Session 2: Engaging Meaningfully with Employees

Transparent and authentic communication is the best way to build trust, motivate and engage employees. This includes giving and receiving feedback, setting clear goals, and measuring performance. This session will also include HR Fundamentals for managers.

This is the second session in the Management Essentials series. While you can attend any session individually, the series as a whole will provide you with a comprehensive set of skills to accelerate your management capacity. Participants that attend all five sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion and a significant tuition discount.
