Session 3: Managing for Equity and Inclusion

Today’s workplace demands managers are conscious, competent, and strategic in diversity, inclusion and equity principles and practices. This session will enhance your awareness and provide management concepts that create an environment of support for all your employees.
Session will cover:
- What is diversity, equity and inclusion and intersectionality
- Today and tomorrow’s workplace
- Applying different styles to management
- The Five Generations, strategies for managing (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials (Y), and Generation Z)
Your expert faculty will present content and facilitate engagement on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for managers. Embracing DEI is an organizational imperative that builds capacity and impact.
This is the third session in the Management Essentials series. While you can attend any session individually, the series as a whole will provide you with a comprehensive set of skills to accelerate your management capacity. Participants that attend all five sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion and a significant tuition discount.
