- How coaching can build relationships and improve performance
- Building a coaching culture with your team
This is the fourth session in the Management Essentials series. While you can attend any session individually, the series as a whole will provide you with a comprehensive set of skills to accelerate your management capacity. Participants that attend all five sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion and a significant tuition discount.
