Jennifer leads strategic DEI initiatives at the firm, working with leadership to advance equity, inclusion, and cultural competency. She develops DEI training, supports diverse hiring and retention, reviews policies to address bias, and strengthens pro bono partnerships focused on racial justice. Jennifer also serves as a partner in Hanson Bridgett’s Labor and Employment group.
