Bear brings over 15 years of professional experience in operations and human resources management. His scope of practice includes Recruiting; Performance Management; Culture & DEI; Training & Development; and HR Business Strategy. He has earned his BS in Health Education, MS Ed in Education, and professional certifications in Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute, Certified associate in project management from the Project Management Institute, and Certificate of Completion in Organizational Learning and Development from the Human Resource Standards Institute.
