Working with Fundraising Consultants

Many nonprofit organizations consider hiring a fundraising consultant for any number of reasons to build their development capacity.  What are reasonable expectations when working with consultants? What are the dos and don'ts? We will hear from organizations and consultants who have engaged in grantwriting, individual donor programs, and data base development, implementation, and management.
