Lunch and Learn: Exploring Gretchen Rubin's The Four Tendencies

5/14/2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM PT

Exploring Gretchen Rubin's The Four Tendencies,
with facilitator Eleanor Smith

Join us Friday, May 14, from 12:00noon-1:30pm for a fun, interactive conversation about Gretchen Rubin’s The Four Tendencies. This personality framework helps us better understand not only ourselves, but all the important people in our lives — our partners, children, colleagues, and bosses. New York Times best-selling author of The Happiness Project and Better Than Before, Rubin has unveiled a key to motivating ourselves, our co-workers, and our loved ones — the way we respond to inner and outer expectations. In her own words: “Our Tendency shapes every aspect of our behavior, so understanding this framework lets us make better decisions, meet deadlines, suffer less stress and burnout, and engage more effectively.”

This session is participatory and will include breakout rooms. Feel free to "bring your lunch!"
