Sonoma County Human Race Raises $102,052 for Local Community

Over 350 Participants Rally in Downtown Santa Rosa, Continuing Fundraising Efforts until May 17th.

Sonoma County, CA, May 13, 2024 — The Sonoma County Human Race returned to Courthouse Square in Santa Rosa on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. Despite a late spring rainstorm, over 350 individuals, teams, nonprofits, and business sponsors joined forces to support Sonoma County’s Human Race fundraisers. An established icon since 1981, the Human Race has raised over $25 million for nearly 7,700 local nonprofits.

More than 560 individuals signed up for the race, though the actual turnout was slightly affected by the weather. Nevertheless, participants exuded enthusiastic support. The 2024 Sonoma County Human Race has raised over $102,052, for local nonprofits to date, and fundraising efforts will continue until Friday, May 17th.

Race results and top finishers are available on the Sonoma County Human Race website, humanracenow.org. Presenting Sponsor Redwood Credit Union rallied over 84 employees, displaying vibrant costumes and community spirit.
