COVID and Cal-OSHA Update

This month’s meeting will focus on changing COVID and Cal-OSHA guidelines. Valorie Bader, of Counsel for Welty Weaver & Currie PC will present!

Valorie advises employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, leave policies and practices, discrimination and harassment, workers’ compensation, COVID-19 protocols, discipline and termination.  She has represented clients in litigation and before the Labor Commissioner, the EDD, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the DFEH and other administrative agencies.  

Peer Learning Networks are convened and facilitated virtually by CVNL staff members and provide a supportive network of like-minded peers for nonprofit professionals. The groups host guest speakers, facilitated conversations, networking, and other learning opportunities.
