Roles, responsibilities, and relationships for nonprofit boards

What it is

This 3-hour governance training provides a solid foundation on the roles and responsibilities of individual board members and the collective board, differences between operational and governance decisions, and the central relationship between the ED/CEO and the Board Chair. Led by consultants who specialize in nonprofit governance and have direct experience serving on boards, this training provides both a framework for effective governance as well as practical applications.
