Corporate Volunteer Program
Custom Service Projects for your Team
Looking for opportunities to engage your employees in service? We’re here to make it happen, and make it easy for you.
CVNL guides businesses and nonprofits through the often unfamiliar territory of corporate volunteer service project planning. Drawing on our vast network of agency partnerships and planning expertise, we design ongoing volunteer programs or one-time events, specifically tailored to the needs and interests of nonprofits and corporations. We create, prepare, coordinate, and execute all aspects of your project, large or small, while working with your staff to ensure seamless communication and execution. This collaboration ensures that each project meets a community need and reflects the culture and values of those who are involved.

Our Process
We work with you to identify and recruit agencies that can use volunteer support, then match you with a nonprofit based on size, scope, and interest areas. We handle: all logistics for the volunteer project, including project planning, site inspection, acquisition of supplies, and on-site volunteer orientation and leadership. We also track volunteer hours and arrange transportation and food.
Benefits
Corporate volunteering can provide your staff with a sense of purpose, increase happiness, and build strong relationships that can impact day-to-day operations at the office. A recent study also found that workplace volunteering can dramatically increase productivity and engagement, and help with staff recruitment and retention!
Project types
From virtual to in-person, there are many projects we can customize for your needs. Here are some examples: Environmental (working outdoors with various groups to improve the environment and reduce invasive elements); Animals (wildlife rescue & transport, cleaning of cages, feeding, and care); Food Bank/Pantry (sorting, packaging, distribution).
