On May 15th, 220 community members gathered to honor the nonprofits that make Napa County stronger every day. We’re grateful to share this community with you.

2024 Award Recipients!

CORPORATE COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Corporate Community Service Award is presented to a business that has fostered and encouraged volunteerism and philanthropy among its employees.  The 2024 Heart of Napa Award for Corporate Community Service was presented to The Doctors Company.

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR

The Volunteer of the Year Award and $5,000 for the recipient’s nonprofit is presented to an individual (other than a board member) who has provided exemplary volunteer service to a Napa nonprofit organization. The 2024 Heart of Napa Award for Volunteer of The Year was presented to Nancy Lewis, Operation With Love From Home. Sponsored by: Syar Foundation 

EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP

The Excellence in Leadership Award and $5,000 for the recipient’s nonprofit is presented to an executive director who has demonstrated excellence in leadership and whose vision has inspired meaningful and lasting change benefiting the organization and community. The 2024 Heart of Napa Award for Excellence in Leadership was presented to Kari Cordero, SANE-SART. Sponsored by: Comerica Bank

ACHIEVEMENT IN NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE

The Achievement in Nonprofit Excellence Award and $5,000 is presented to an organization that has demonstrated exemplary service to their constituents. The 2024 Heart of Napa Award for Nonprofit Excellence was presented to Puertas Abiertas Community Resource Center. Sponsored by: Bank of Marin

YOUTH VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
