About Kristen Dambrowski: For more than 25 years, Kristen has been dedicated to providing individuals with the support and opportunities they need to live healthy and happy lives. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Northwest Region of Canine Companions, where she leads efforts to enhance the lives of people with disabilities through expertly trained service dogs.
 
Previously, Kristen was the Director of Development & Communications for Bridge the Gap, an education equity organization in Marin City. Before that, she oversaw operations and community programs at the YMCA of San Francisco, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence. As an experienced fundraiser, Kristen excels at turning ideas into high-impact programs and securing sustainable funding for them.
