Management Essentials, Day 3: Managing with an Equity Lens

Today’s workplace demands managers are conscious, competent, and strategic in diversity, inclusion and equity principles and practices. This session will enhance your awareness and provide management concepts that create an environment of support for all your employees.
Session will cover:
- What is diversity, equity and inclusion and intersectionality
- Today and tomorrow’s workplace
- Applying different styles to management
- The Five Generations, strategies for managing (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials (Y), and Generation Z)
Patricia Murillo, Chief Program Officer at CVNL, will present content and facilitate engagement on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for managers. Embracing DEI is an organizational imperative that builds capacity and impact.
