Fostering Leadership Excellence for Stronger, More Sustainable Nonprofits

We are delighted to offer the Spring 2023 Excellence in Leadership Program (ELP) in person at CVNL San Rafael Office. This high-impact leadership development program will transform the way you lead and give you the tools to build organizational capacity. We have creatively designed the online learning community to be interactive, honoring your strengths and experience as a nonprofit professional. The information shared in each workshop will enhance knowledge and skills, raise your awareness about what it means to be a leader who others are inspired by, and provide you with real tools and strategies that are immediately actionable.

ELP includes 5 full day of workshops, delivered by expert faculty. They are nonprofit leaders, business consultants, and leadership coaches.  Many of them teach at the University level. See their bios at www.cvnl.org/elp. Participants agree to attend all days of the program.

Program Dates (all workshops take place on Tuesdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1pm to 4pm PST):

Day 1: March 21
Day 2: April 4
Day 3: April 18
Day 4: May 2
Day 5: May 16 (session ends at 5pm)
