Beth Ann Goodwill

Beth Ann grew up in a family that valued volunteerism and community that instilled in her a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and gratitude. With over 25 years of professional experience, Beth Ann is a seasoned relationship builder with an innate ability to coordinate people and resources ensuring maximum effectiveness in any organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with an emphasis in nonprofit management from Colorado State University, Pueblo.

As a catalyst, Beth Ann transforms ideas into action, driving results. Her contagious energy engages those around her, and she focuses on leveraging strengths to stimulate personal and group excellence. Beth Ann recognizes and appreciates everyone’s unique characteristics, tailoring her approach to bringing out their best. Her expertise spans consultative sales, lead prospecting, sales growth through referrals, and new business development. She excels in communicating brand offerings, managing customer relationships, mentoring, and supporting training initiatives.

Beth Ann is excited to join the CVNL team to contribute her energy and diverse experience to the array of nonprofits in the North Bay. She adeptly weighs alternative paths, anticipating different scenarios and planning ahead, highlighting her agile decision-making.

Outside of the office, Beth Ann enjoys hiking in Sonoma County, visiting the library in every town she visits, adding books to her to-be-read pile, and adventures with her family that includes a wire-haired dachshund named Benny.
