Introducing the CVNL Peer Exchange: Building Community, One Connection at a Time

We’re excited to announce a fresh, new take on our peer learning network (PLN)! We’ve been listening to your feedback and have reimagined the PLN to better serve the needs of our vibrant nonprofit community. Say hello to the CVNL Peer Exchange!

We’re passionate about fostering a strong and connected nonprofit sector, and the CVNL Peer Exchange is a key part of that vision. This monthly gathering is about accessibility, engagement, and building a strong community of nonprofit professionals. We’re focusing on high-value topics designed to help your organization thrive and create a dynamic learning environment where everyone feels welcome and can connect with their peers.

So, what can you expect from the CVNL Peer Exchange?

  • Relevant and timely topics: Each month, we’ll dive into a crucial topic impacting the nonprofit world. Think strategic planning, fundraising, volunteer management, and more. We’ll be rotating these topics to ensure there’s something for everyone.
  • Expert insights: We’re tapping into our amazing network of CVNL member organizations and the broader nonprofit community to bring you subject matter experts as guest speakers. These individuals will share their real-world experiences and provide valuable insights you can implement in your own work.
  • Case study approach: Our guest speakers will use case studies from their own organizations to facilitate discussions. This practical approach will allow you to see how these topics play out in real-life scenarios and learn from both successes and challenges.
  • Community building: The CVNL Peer Exchange is more than just a webinar. It’s a chance to connect with other nonprofit professionals, share ideas, and build relationships. Our CVNL team members will be hosting the sessions, moderating discussions, and ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Free access: That’s right! The CVNL Peer Exchange is completely free to all, thanks to CVNL’s commitment to supporting the nonprofit sector.

We believe that by restructuring the PLN into the CVNL Peer Exchange and making it a free, monthly event, we can better serve the entire nonprofit ecosystem.
