Management Essentials, Day 4: Applying the Skills – The Manager's Toolkit

This session will focus on applying management concepts and tools to real scenarios with a focus on effective problem-solving, leading with compassion and empathy, team-building, collaboration and delegation, and more.

- Embracing diversity, what it looks like
Kim Brown Sims will return for a session on taking all the tools in the toolkit and applying them to management scenarios. This workshop will provide real strategies for embracing the manager role, getting results, and building and sustaining joy at work.
This is the fourth session in the Management Essentials series, but you can attend any session individually.
