In Sonoma, Marin, Solano, and Napa Counties, Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) + the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County (VCSC) operate Emergency Volunteer Centers and/or help with emergency evacuations. We work with government and nonprofit agencies to gather and assess community needs on an ongoing basis when a disaster strikes. Additionally, we help oversee and manage physical and monetary donations by distributing them to nonprofit agencies helping individuals directly affected

During an emergency and once activated, CVNL + VCSC will set up Emergency Volunteer Center hubs where spontaneous volunteers will be guided by EVC members through a training process and, ultimately, to a productive support role. Below are urgent volunteer opportunities, as well as ways you can get involved and volunteer/donate by county. You can also show your support by making a donation to our COVID-19 Relief Fund.
We are currently activated as an Emergency Volunteer Center (EVC) and are accepting donations. The EVC is located at Crosswalk Church: 2590 1st St, Napa, CA, 94558. The EVC is opened Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am-5:00pm (we are not currently open on the weekend). Please click here or the button below for a list of donation needs and instructions.

We are currently activated as an Emergency Volunteer Center (EVC) and are registering volunteers. The EVC is located at our Santa Rosa Office: 153 Stony Cir #100, Santa Rosa, CA 95401. The EVC is opened Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am-5:00pm (we are not currently open on the weekend).
