How it works

We start by understanding your current strategic goals with a call and a pre-meeting. This is followed by a survey distributed to all participants focused on your current operations and related needs. Based on the survey results we create a format for the annual plan that will be utilized and completed during the meeting. We design and facilitate the session and follow up with a draft of your annual work-plan.

What you get

Your team will walk away from an engaging session with a common sense of focus and a written annual plan to work from, including main activities to be achieved and metrics to measure progress.
