CVNL’s staff consultants are dedicated nonprofit professionals with an average of 23 years of hands-on nonprofit experience. We are skilled facilitators, trainers, coaches, planners and managers who are invested in advancing success within the nonprofit sector. We also partner with a highly-qualified group of affiliate consultants whose expertise compliments our own. These consultants specialize in human resources, legal, fundraising, fiscal and other specialty areas bringing added expertise to meet the needs of our nonprofit clients.

Gina Guillemette

Gina specializes in strategic and operational leadership, impact assessment, nonprofit governance and advocacy. She is skilled at managing productive group processes through facilitation and coaching to leverage the knowledge, experience, passion and skills present in each person as well as the collective.

Based on her more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector serving in a wide variety of roles, Gina understands that each nonprofit client is unique and is committed to identifying strategies that add value to the unique realities and expertise that each nonprofit client brings to the consulting partnership. Balancing the aspirational with the practical and actionable, Gina seeks to support clients to extend their capacity and increase their impact.

Gina is an experienced manager, trainer, facilitator and presenter. She is trained in Technology of Participation facilitation methods and has completed a certificate in nonprofit board education with BoardSourceView staff bio.

Linda Jacobs

Linda brings over 30 years’ experience in nonprofit management serving in program, development, and executive roles working with both local and national organizations. She is a frequent presenter to nonprofit boards, business leaders and service clubs on issues and trends shaping the nonprofit sector. She also serves as a coach to nonprofit CEO’s and Board Presidents’ and consults with nonprofits leaders on board governance, volunteerism, executive transition, and leadership development. View staff bio.

Cinzia Perlingieri

Native Italian with a post-doctoral degree in anthropology, Cinzia has traveled in Europe, North East Africa, and Middle East for over 20 years as an anthropologist before landing in the nonprofit world. Understanding people, optimizing resources, and solving problems is what she learned in all those years and are still her best skills. Cinzia’s nonprofit experience in the US started in 2011 when she co-founded a nonprofit based in San Rafael aimed at helping cultural institutions learn and adopt digital technologies for the preservation of the past.
