Diana Kennedy

A Bay Area Native, Diana Kennedy brings 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. She enjoys her job because she has a true passion for people and a true passion for cars.

 

She learned how to run a business at an early age working for her family’s restaurant with her mother and brother. She wanted to experience more in life and thought the auto industry would be a fun change of pace.

 

Kennedy’s auto experience began when she was 18 years old selling cars at a Honda dealership in the South Bay. Her next experience at Toyota Sunnyvale (a Price Family Dealership) taught her sales, finance, sales desk, and internet director and then she became General Sales Manager. She excelled at her job and was promoted to the first female General Manager at Toyota Marin (a Price Family Dealership) in January 2018 at the age of 29. Diana joined Volvo Cars Marin in May 2020 to learn about the brand and its clients. She became the General Manager of Volvo Cars Marin in March 2021 when the new facility opened in San Rafael CA.  Volvo Cars Marin is a green-certified business.

She serves on many Advisory Boards including:

College of Marin – Automotive Advisory Board

Marin County Office of Education – Board Member of School to Career

When not working, Diana spends time with her husband Kea and her two kids, Kody and Kaylee. She enjoys watching reality TV, traveling, hiking, shopping and fishing.
