CVNL is proud to present Dare to Lead, an experiential virtual workshop, facilitated by Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator Ana Estrada Daniels. Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program that focuses on developing a collection of skills to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership (leading from self-protection) to daring leadership (leading with grounded confidence).

Now more than ever, the nonprofit sector needs brave, courageous leaders to help weather the health crisis and rebuild. When we lead with whole-heartedness and vulnerability, we build trust, compassion and empathy, and with that lasting, meaningful relationships with those we work with, love and serve.

This 24-hour intensive nationally-recognized and certified workshop series is a transformative leadership experience. Are you ready to take a deep dive into your leadership development? This is a great place to start or continue your journey.

  • 24-hour series will take place across 8 sessions (all Thursdays except the 17th): March 11, 17 (Weds.), 25, April 1, 8, 22, 29, and May 6. All sessions will be 9:00am-12:00pm PST. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of series.
  • This program will be offered online via Zoom.
  • Tuition includes: All materials, including a copy of Dr. Brené Brown’s book, Dare to Lead, a workbook and additional remote learning resources. Participants must have a reliable internet connection, access to Zoom and a web camera.
