As impacts from the pandemic continue to flex, we see significant changes unfolding in what employers and employees view as most important in their benefit plan designs, enrollment processes, and how services are delivered.  We'll take a look at how employers are adapting to the "new normal."  Are your employees feeling safe and valued?  What are you doing, or what have you done, to be ready for the next big disruption?   


About the presenter:


Clarke Lancina, CLU, ChFC
Clarke Lancina is an insurance and employee benefit representative operating from Santa Rosa since 1994.  Prior to opening his office in Santa Rosa he was a manager with Principal Financial Group – regularly leading the company in employer health insurance and retirement plan sales - and then managed the life insurance and employee benefit operations of one of the region’s largest independent insurance agencies.  He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.  He’s a past Education Chair and President of his local chapter of The Society of Financial Service Professionals; and, in coordination with SRJC, he’s taught estate planning, health insurance benefit design, and retirement planning courses to other insurance agents working towards their professional designations.  His clients include both large and small employers as well as individual families.
 

PeerLearning Networks are convened and facilitated virtually by CVNL staff members and provide a supportive network of like-minded peers for nonprofit professionals. The groups host guest speakers, facilitated conversations, networking, and other learning opportunities.
